Barba at the Faculty of Pharmacy from the University of Valencia, in Spain. This insightful experience allowed Francisca to acquire new knowledge on food-grade innovative\u00a0extraction approaches\u00a0(e.g., PEF, ASE and SFE)\u00a0and methodologies for characterizing the\u00a0extracts, as well as establish a new collaboration with Professor Francisco J.
