{"id":3445,"date":"2024-05-13T10:52:18","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T10:52:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lipidomics.web.ua.pt\/?p=3445"},"modified":"2024-05-13T10:53:11","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T10:53:11","slug":"lipidomics-laboratory-at-xperimenta-2024-discovering-lipids-lipodrome-in-action","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lipidomics.web.ua.pt\/index.php\/2024\/05\/13\/lipidomics-laboratory-at-xperimenta-2024-discovering-lipids-lipodrome-in-action\/","title":{"rendered":"Lipidomics Laboratory at Xperimenta 2024: Discovering Lipids &#8211; Lipodrome in Action"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The <strong>Lipidomics Laboratory<\/strong> of Mass Spectrometry of the University of Aveiro (CEM-UA) presented the activity &#8220;Discovering Lipids &#8211; Lipodrome in Action&#8221; at the <strong>Xperimenta 2024<\/strong> event.<\/p>\n<p>The board game <strong>Lipodrome<\/strong>, developed by researchers involved in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epilipid.net\/\">COST Action EpiLipidNET<\/a> <\/strong>allowing the students, from a variety of backgrounds, to investigate the connection between dietary decisions and overall health and to observe how different food choices can impact our health based on the lipids they contain.<\/p>\n<p>This occasion made it possible for the <strong>Lipidomic Laboratory<\/strong> of CEM-UA and the <strong>COST Action<\/strong> <strong>EpiLipidNET<\/strong>\u00a0to further contribute to public involvement and education in the complicated field of lipids.
