Short Term Scientific Mission Isolation of lipid droplets and chloroplasts from algae and plants
The Lipidomics Laboratory member Doctor Felisa Rey received a short term scientific mission (STSM) grant from the COST Action CA19105 – Pan-European Network in Lipidomics and EpiLipidomics (https://www.epilipid.net/), to learn about isolation of lipid droplets and chloroplasts from algae and plants at the University of Grenoble, Alpes France.
Felisa described this opportunity: “My STSM at the university of Grenoble (France) gave me the opportunity to learn the protocols of isolation of lipid droplets and chloroplasts from algae and plants that will help me in my research on Sacoglossa sea slugs. It has been
an exceptional experience, both for the professionalism and generosity of the hosts and for the wonderful team that welcomed me.”.
